I’m a program manager at a municipal government.

What challenge were you trying to address with VM?

We were promoting various public services. However, most government services were usually presented in a boring and dry approach. As a result, if we were going to engage with our community, we needed something very innovative and creative.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

VM developed a marketing plan based on our goals and objectives. They also created commercials for us based on the general script and vision we had. They had their own equipment and studio.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three people, including Joel (Owner).

How did you come to work with VM?

I had done one job with them at my previous employment. As a result, when we were looking or a creative company, VM was on top of my list.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2019–December 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The commercials they produced were well-received by my supervisors. We also received a lot of accolades because of their work. Above all, we saw an uptick in our engagement and customers.

How did VM perform from a project management standpoint?

They were quick and professional, and they were always willing to adjust to changes. Moreover, VM was very responsive to our suggestions and feedback. We worked with other marketing firms before, but we liked them because they went above and beyond to deliver quality services. We mostly communicated through email, but we also had virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Joel was great to work with, and he understood our goals and objectives. We felt like we received Hollywood quality style from him.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had challenges when we were shooting commercials because of COVID-19. However, it wasn’t their fault that we had those issues.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re worth every penny. If you have a specific vision, trust that VM can carry it out. However, if you don’t have that yet, they can develop one for you.
