What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcome is the project being completed in accordance with the floor plan and our instructions. The final renders were incomplete, inaccurate, and failed to follow our clear instructions. Key design elements were ignored, entire sections of the space were missing, and incorrect modifications were made. Instead of fixing the errors, they pretended we only agreed a partial render. In terms of communication, it was very very difficult to get detailed responses. Most of their replies are vague.
Absolutely Would Not Recommend  Our experience with VIZZIE/Adaco Group was frustrating, unprofessional, and felt like a scam. They ignored clear instructions, missed deadlines, delivered incomplete and incorrect renders, and then tried to charge extra to fix their own mistakes.

We hired VIZZIE/Adaco Group to create interior design renders for our retail space. We provided a detailed floor plan, clear instructions, and reference images, yet Denis falsely claimed we did not send these and that our “vision was not aligned.” This is a blatant lie—he confirmed multiple times that he had everything he needed.

The renders we received were incomplete and incorrect, missing key areas and design elements we specified. Instead of making the necessary fixes, Denis tried to pass off minor, meaningless edits (like adding a door knob to an already existing door) as modifications. We paid for and were promised 2 rounds of modifications which never materialised. 
Then, after weeks of delays and excuses, he demanded an extra £500 per image to complete the work.

Now, he's pretending that we only requested a "partial" render—another excuse to extract more money from us.

Most bizarrely, instead of providing the correct renders, he sent us an annotated floor plan as a deliverable—something we never requested and that served no purpose. This feels like a deliberate scam to stall the project and extract more money

 We paid for unfinished, unusable work, and the experience feels like a deliberate scam. Do not trust this company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite initially agreeing to a 4-5 day turnaround, the project dragged on for over a month with constant delays. Denis repeatedly missed deadlines, made excuses, and even admitted to not being satisfied with his own work. Yet, instead of addressing the issues, he wasted more time blaming us for a supposed "lack of instructions"—even though he had already confirmed he had everything needed.
After failing to deliver properly, Denis demanded an additional £500 per image to make the correct renders,  that should have been included already since they did not properly follow the floor plan or instructions sent to them. The project felt like a scam—deliberate delays and subpar work to pressure us into paying more. Absolutely not worth the money.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vizzie Renders could have done differently?

Unfortunately, there is a lot they could have done differently. From there side there was terrible communication, dishonestly and lies. Fraudulent and acting in bad faith. VIZZIE renders should have been an honest reputable company.  This was a frustrating, time-wasting, and dishonest experience. The company ignored instructions, missed deadlines, delivered unusable work, and then tried to extort more money to fix their own mistakes. We do not believe they ever intended to complete the project properly. Avoid this company at all costs
