Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm one off the founders of Sports Dynamics LLC, a company with premiere division football clubs as clients and major retail chains with $3+ billion in annual turnover as partners.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vivid Films, and what were your goals?

We hired Vivid Films to create 8 drone footage videos flying during major football events in Bulgaria - footage which will be used to advertise the launch of a new football venture nationwide in partnership with leading football clubs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When it came to action drone footage, we evaluated over a dozen production companies, and chose Vivid Films because nobody even came close to the quality and action of high velocity scenes they were able to produce.

The videos Vivid was able to produce were of outstanding quality and always surprised us with their originality. We introduced their team to club managers and owners, who accommodated the production team, and gave pitch access at game time, whereby we could film scenes with the entire team as well as fans in action.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Vladimir, the founder of Vivid Films was always present at shooting days, co-ordinating the entire process, and stepping in to pilot some of the more complex aerobatic maneuvers. His dedication to the process was inspiring, at one point risking thousands of euros of equipment just so he can capture epic shots which were later incorporated into our advertising.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are extremely satisfied with the quality and outcome of all work produced. Vivid Films is the kind of company where a client can provide minimal input and leave creative to their team, and will be pleased with the results every time. They picked perfect music and assembled the footage with impeccable timing.

Vladimir is extremely easy to work and get along with, attentive to details and a pleasure to communicate with. I feel confident having sent him and his team to shoots without being present, where he held high level meetings with football club owners and held his own, producing amazing content in the process. Feedback was taken into account and turnaround times were extremely fast (a day or two at most)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

These are people with a rare mix of style and talent, that extra something that takes things to the next level. I feel that anyone will be fortunate to put their trust in Vivid Films and will come out better for it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am completely satisfied, rarely give a perfect rating, but here we are.

I'm the founder of a perfume and fashion brand.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vivid Films?

I needed to create an advertisement video for my products.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vivid Films did video production for us; I wanted it to look like a movie trailer. Vladi (CEO) was in charge of the casting for the video: I just told him what I wanted, and he came up with the team and everything else. We also gave them some scripts and guidelines for the video.

The video was about 53 seconds long, and we've posted it on our YouTube channel.

What is the team composition?

I worked with around 13–16 people from their team.

How did you come to work with Vivid Films?

I met Vladi about four years ago. We started talking, and we seemed to be speaking the same language. We started making future business plans, and that is when we chose to work with them. We're not business partners. I just made up things in my head, and he brought them to reality.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $7,200 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together throughout October 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got great feedback from people in Bulgaria who have digital agencies — they're the top advertisement agency!

Also, the clients who purchased the first orders of the product were delighted with the video, and they kept asking for part two.

How did Vivid Films perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time; we set the deadline for November 6th, but by October 31st, they had completed the project. Communication was mainly through emails and walkie-talkies, and we used Google tools like Word documents and Excel sheets. 

In addition, we had face-to-face meetings; the first was with the whole team, and the second was with Vladi and me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They made the golden hour without having the golden hour.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I already discussed with them how a person on their team didn't know what he was doing.

Any advice for potential customers?

Before working with Vivid Films, ensure you're ready for what will be coming after that because it will be all good. My mistake was that we did really good work with Vivid Films, but after that, I wasn't ready for what was coming because I didn't have the possibility and the money to upgrade the company — that is why everything stopped.

I am the Marketing manager of a real estate company. The company is both investing in residential projects and selling residential entities & parcels.

Boyana Luxury Residence is а gated complex of luxurious single family houses. Our goal was to show the quality of the it and to use it as a presentation in front of fellow investors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Via recommendation + the desire to have FPV footage.

Because of the lack of time, the communication was via phone. Although we, as a company, were supposed to change the date and the time of the filming twice, Vladimir showed to be very flexible and understanding. While he was filming, he was explaining everything as was interested in our expectations and the footage we were looking to show. He was quick with the video edit and all the corrections that followed.

We worked with Vladimir and the feedback process was flawless.
