For what projects/services did your company hire Vivek Popat Designs?

Our designs made by the young designer were not appropriate and it wasn’t looking professional so we hired Vivek and He completely transform the designs of the mobile app.

How did you select this vendor?

I have seen his designs and they were looking really professional but I never got a chance to work with him but when I started working on my start up and after looking at the designs created by other designer we’re not up to the point then I realize let me contact Vivek and I just showed him my designs.

He started giving me all the advice and the suggestions for the transformation but when I saw his passion ask him can you help me And then he was working on the designs and I’m really happy about it

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Initially the concept for the product was to just have a watch to watch Communication and we were looking for a simple design for the non-technical people but we got the feedback that the UI It’s not appealing we were constantly changing the product features as per the feedback we have received from the customer and by his input

He made a small changes such as changes in the icon changes in the position of the button because the watch is a very small screen so he was the one who came to the idea of where to put a button so that the customer won’t click two buttons at the same time

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far the product is under beta testing with our first initial customers but so far We haven’t received any feedback related to the design changes

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

He was very approachable and there were no restriction of the time also he was very friendly

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

His passion for the design and focussing on the minor details from the user perspective

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

He takes his time for the design work but I think that also gives a good quality work so I’m happy with his work
