Founded in 2008, Viva L' Event is a boutique event planning and design company with a focus on destination events. A curator of details to engage all 5 senses with precision and patience to execute it all from start to finish.

Hi, I'm Stephanie, owner and creative director, of Viva L' Event, someone who will be there to support and educate you through this very exciting time in your lives. Born and raised in Chicago, I've had the opportunity to plan and design weddings, corporate events, and galas both in the US and Internationally since 2005. Having my hands also in floral design for the past 6 years has truly given me the additional knowledge and expertise in the design industry. I have not only had the opportunity to speak and teach locally at workshops, but also at a national level.

My nickname since I was a little girl is "Bee", my nieces and nephews call me Auntie Bee, and yes I have not one, but two bee tattoos. The Queen Bee brings strength and stability to her home, their hive, productive and providing, her philosophy is to work hard to achieve greatness.  This in which also inspires me in my own home with my husband and our son Rocco. As a planner, designer, educator and stylist, it's my passion to make all of my clients feel supported and a part of my Viva hive family.
