OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Vita Pictura, and what were your goals?

I wanted to create a LIVE DJ Set with Drums somewhere in a very special undiscovered place.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I know that Vita Pictura had an experience with world class artist for creating the videos and that their team are very much into the music.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

I had an idea what I discussed with the project manager Martin. Then he helped me to make it even greater. They completed it successfully (filming in a very extreme conditions) with 10 people professionals team who put their heart & soul into the whole process.

Some facts:

• All the equipment (stage, technical equipment, drums) were carried 389 steps down to the waterfall and then afterwards up again.
• Approx 20m descending down with rope & safety equipment to get to the bottom of the waterfall where all the stuff, me & the video crew needed to transport. 
• 4 hours setting it up with 9 people team.
• Electricity were transported 150m from the Mercedes Bus up on the waterfall parking place
• Weather conditions (- 5C degree, Snowfall), made the using of cameras, playing with DJ mixer quite complicated.

Everything were covered with snow in minutes, hands were frozen & technical equipment were in big danger to keep working until the end of the DJ set.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I had a project manager Martin who also were in a process of filming. He was very responsive and open to my ideas and realising them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

People where overwhelmed seeing the video. Ten thousands of views in YouTube such a short time & articles in Public Media. I have also got more gigs & visibility.

It was so greatl with the team. All people were so co-operative & friendly & so hardworking with no time limits.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were into all my ideas and helped make my video wilder with no limits.
