We were looking for a company to rank our site on the search engine and for performing digital marketing to help us promote our products and create brand awareness.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for an agency that could do it all for us. We have heard about Visualytes and they were recommended to us by another company. We knew that they were trusted and could achieve great results for us.

First, we figured out our goals and ideal client and then we went through budget and services. We have slowly increased the budgets and services and our account manager has been key in making sure our investment was being well spent. They were very successful, to begin with, visualytes was able to walk us through how changing our website can optimize our sales & ranking.

We had director Nagendra Mishra, who often worked with his team and the marketing department for our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our revenue has increased. Our website has a much better conversion ratio. We were able to generate an outstanding amount of quality leads in a number of different ways through the different ads they were able to run. Our Ad spend is better utilized. We have been able to gain traction in desired markets.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nagendra is always available for a call when I need to discuss a new launch, campaign, or an update. His team always comes with good ideas and an extremely positive attitude. Communication was great and they were able to work well with our team and explain some of the more technical concepts for us.

They provide measurable results, accountability, superior customer service, and great communication.
