Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our experience with Vision360 PR & Communications was very positive and met our expectations. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it would be around post-contract expiration. While their reporting was strong and insightful throughout the engagement, and they were responsive when updates were requested, there was a relatively short window of one week after project completion to finalize and deliver remaining deliverables within the scope of work that were not fully utilized during the active phase of the project. Allowing a slightly longer wrap-up period could further enhance the completeness and flexibility of final outputs.
