Visense created some incredible exterior and interior 3D visualizations for our client. We integrated these images into the client’s presentation and website. They also produced a 20-second 3D animation that showcased the entire interior of the house. I highly recommend their team.

Visense Studio was engaged to produce a comprehensive set of photorealistic 3D renderings for our mixed-use development project in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The scope covered both interior and exterior visualizations across multiple unit types and common areas.

Key deliverables included: high-resolution exterior renderings showing the building facade, landscaping, and surrounding streetscape at various times of day; fully furnished interior visualizations for representative residential and commercial units; virtual tour assets for use in marketing materials and the project website; and a series of aerial perspective renders illustrating the property within its urban context.

All renders were delivered in multiple formats suitable for print, digital advertising, and presentation to prospective tenants. The team also provided revision rounds to align the visuals with our brand guidelines and leasing team's feedback.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Thanks to the high-quality renderings delivered by Visense Studio, we were able to launch our pre-leasing campaign 6 months ahead of the construction completion date. The photorealistic visuals gave prospective tenants a compelling and accurate picture of the finished spaces, which dramatically accelerated the leasing process.

By the time construction was completed, we had already signed lease agreements covering 80% of the total leasable area. This level of pre-leasing is exceptional for the Ljubljana market and significantly de-risked the project for our investors.

Overall, the renderings generated a measurable return on investment: faster lease-up, stronger negotiating position with tenants, and a much more confident go-to-market strategy than we could have achieved with traditional floor plans or construction-phase photography.

They did not simply produce beautiful images — they approached each rendering with the end user in mind: the prospective tenant seeing the space for the first time. Every detail, from furniture selection to lighting mood, was chosen to make the units feel aspirational yet realistic.

Their communication throughout the project was also outstanding. The team was responsive, proactive about suggesting improvements, and delivered on every deadline. In a project where timing was critical to our leasing timeline, this reliability made a significant difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Visense Studio could have done differently?

Honestly, there is very little to criticize. If anything, we would have appreciated an even earlier kick-off meeting to align on the overall visual style — but this is minor. The team adapted quickly to our feedback and the final results exceeded expectations. We have no significant complaints and would engage Visense Studio again without hesitation.
