Virtual Splat Software Pvt. Ltd. has helped develop an ERP system for maintaining our database and invoicing our clients. They’ve also customized it according to our requirements and are currently maintaining the software for us. They also assist with a couple of reports that we need for the regulatory authorities.

We were maintaining records of Customers, Compliance and Billing in register, excel and tally based system (Multiple System). We hired Virtual Splat Software Pvt Ltd. for Automation of Manual process and to develop customized, process based ERP system (Single System) for Operation, Compliance and Accounts.

We have called for 3 Quotes from different vendors with same Scope of work. Among vendors, we select the lowest quote with background check, Successful project completion and clientele.

Customized process based ERP system using .Net and MS SQL.

We are using the ERP developed by Virtual Splat since year 2012 and we are fully satisfied with it. Now we are in process of upgrading the Framework to enhance Security and Processing Speed.

We communicated through Email. TAT was very good.

I love their knowledge and turnaround time. Also we had direct access to lead develop and CEO of company which made things easier to progress.

Documentation and SOP for ERP as we still don't have.

The segment of small commercial vehicles have 80% of buyers coming from a poor background and have a limited source of income. Owning an SCV (3Wheeler passenger and cargo) is the way to earn. They work hard, and they love their vehicle. Buying new cars has a massive role in referrals.

We designed a software module with the help of the virtual splat team on a multi-level marketing concept. We finally rolled out that as CRM module.
