We are running a consultancy firm where we offer services about book keeping , tax management, and financial advisory

For what projects/services did your company hire VIP Ninjas, and what were your goals?

Basically our website was old-fashioned and we needed some modern design website that can generate sales and also we want to integrate the sales funnels in it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

There are dozens of website developers and our email accounts were full with cold emailers but we were in search of a person or company who can also integrate sales funnels and automate them as well. There VIP Ninjas come.

Well, after onboarding call and project contract signing, we had given a framework and steps involved in our project with a timeline to all milestones. They built our website in WordPress and use Sales funnel integration in it.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Project Manager was directly dedicated for our project, I believe there is a team under him, but I don't know much about the team separately.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, after redesigning our websitr alongwith social media and branding we got some very interesting outcomes, people consider us a brand rather than a local agency, and we were start getting quality leads. In terms of sales you may say we get about 37% increase.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They are very efficient and project manager is almost available daily, but we only have scheduled meetings, once in a week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their designed website is impressive and beneficial for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yeah, I think they are pre-occupied some times, so I think they need to hire more people in team.
