We worked with a web development team to create a simplified, mobile-friendly website for Wander Tribe that showcases our travel offerings and makes it easy for users to explore and inquire about trips. The scope of work included designing a clean and engaging interface, building a basic trip browsing feature, adding a contact and inquiry form, and setting up a blog section for travel stories and updates. 
The site also includes a simple content management system so our team can easily update information as needed. This website helps us establish a professional online presence and connect with our audience more effectively.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The launch of the website has been a positive step for Wander Tribe. It made it easier for people to explore our trips, send inquiries, and engage with our content. The simple backend has also helped our team update information more quickly and keep the site fresh. Overall, the website has improved our online presence and made it easier to manage and grow our travel business.

The team managed the project well and was flexible when our timeline changed. Even when the launch date was moved up, they adjusted quickly and delivered the website on time. They were responsive to our needs throughout the process, listened to our feedback, and made changes as required. Are there any areas for improvement or something Violtech could have done differently?

One area for improvement could be clearer guidance during the early planning stages, especially for a team like ours that was building a website for the first time. A bit more direction on best practices, features to consider, or content preparation would have helped streamline the process. That said, they were very responsive once we raised questions or needed support.
