We wanted to refresh our social media presence, focusing on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to connect better with the Gen Z audience. Key Deliverables:

• Initial Consultation: Meeting with Violet Road to discuss goals and current social media status. 
• Strategy Development: Create a plan for content themes, messaging, and posting schedules. Research trends to engage Gen Z effectively. 
• Content Creation: Produce engaging videos and graphics in line with the strategy. 
• Implementation: Put the strategy into action by posting and scheduling content. 
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on social media performance regularly. 
• Timeline: The project lasted 3 months.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Increased Engagement: Aim for more likes, comments, and shares on social media. Check regularly to see if engagement is going up. 
• Follower Growth: Try to get more followers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Look at follower numbers each week or month. 
• Reach and Impressions: Make the brand visible to more people, especially Gen Z. Keep an eye on how many people see our posts. 
• Content Performance: See how well our posts are doing in terms of views, clicks, etc. Figure out what types of posts are most popular. 
• Brand Sentiment: Check if people are talking positively about the brand. Respond to any negative feedback.

It was unique because Connor was our project manager he played a crucial role in overseeing the project and ensuring its successful execution. They were responsible for coordinating tasks, communicating with team members, and monitoring progress to ensure that all deliverables were completed on time and met the client's needs.Our team was very grateful that they worked around the clock and very responsive to our questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their ability to seamlessly integrate with our team, it actually felt like we had an in-house creative team. This made life so much better!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Violet Road could have done differently?

Improving their data analytics capabilities could provide deeper insights into our performance of the campaign. This is the only area we believed they missed out.
