Paola supports the firm’s internal tax preparation workflow, focusing on preparation, organization, and coordination of client tax returns.

Her role is primarily production-based, working within the firm’s software stack to ensure returns are accurately completed and ready for review. 

Her responsibilities include both individual and business returns depending on assignment volume and season demand, with emphasis on consistency, timeliness, and clean workpapers for reviewer efficiency.

Prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065 as assigned)

Organize and reconcile client-provided documents (K-1s, 1099s, W-2s, expense reports) Input and categorize data into tax software accurately

Review prior-year returns for consistency and carryforward items

Assist in identifying missing documents and flagging client follow-ups Support clean workpaper preparation for reviewer-level efficiency

The quality of the work product and the US-based time zone alignment has dramatically improved our experience with offshoring.
