I work as the Creative Director for a marketing agency that provides inbound marketing services to growing businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vidliz?

I work as the Creative Director for Kawalee, a marketing agency that provides inbound marketing services to growing businesses.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking to ramp up our content production. Historically, we created very little content, usually related to press releases. Still, we wanted to develop a more regular cadence to support some of the advertising work we were doing for our clients.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had an in-depth discovery meeting for three of our clients to identify the most valuable content strategy for each client's respective target market. From there, we built out a strategy to support our client's long-term online goals. The results so far have been very positive in terms of gaining more online search visibility to our client's websites. We're still working with Vidliz and developing more and more stuff together.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I've been working with the VP of Business Development and have been assigned a campaign manager who works closely with me to ensure all tasks are completed for our client's campaigns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This is more focused on foundation building for us, and we’ve seen great results in establishing a clear voice and tone and being in sync with their team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective. We have biweekly meetings to review content, and once per month, we review the progress of content production and how our traffic numbers are looking. We're very satisfied with this workflow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team put all the effort into gathering the most accurate information to write articles for our clients. We can trust that the content has been well-researched, well-written, and is ready for production.
