I’m the VP of LEAP, a staffing and recruitment firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Video Supply?

We wanted to explain our positioning within our market with a video so clients could see how we could help them.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Video Supply did video production for us; it was both animated and filmed, where they set up a location, built a team remotely for me, and put together a script based on the information I gave them.

They brought their own equipment for the project and took care of video editing and audio mixing.

What is the team composition?

We worked with someone who planned everything and made the schedules, a team who helped me put together the dialogs for the video, a videographer, and an editing group.

How did you come to work with Video Supply?

They were referred to us by dev.co, our website development partner.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent less than $4,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–May 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We think the video that Video Supply produced gave us more credibility than just the website alone.

How did Video Supply perform from a project management standpoint?.

Project management was great; they could stay within deadlines and budgets. Regarding tools, we used phone calls and Google Suite.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listened to what we wanted for the end goal and could put it together without much back-and-forth communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — working with them was great, and we’d definitely use them for future projects.
