What challenge were you trying to address with Video Story?

I needed someone to produce several animated videos for one of my projects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I provide Video Story with baseline ideas, and they provide the script and animated video. Everything is done online. They also handle the video and editing and audio mixing.

After receiving the video, I gave them feedback on if I wanted anything changed, and they made those adjustments. They've made five videos for us so far.

I work with the owner.

How did you come to work with Video Story?

I asked an entrepreneur group for a recommendation.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost has been around $1,500 so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since November 2021. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Two of the five videos have been really good, and the rest are average. 

How did Video Story perform from a project management standpoint?

They haven't met our deadlines or stayed within our budget. We communicate via WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their creativity stands out. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could make things faster and improve on their time management.

Make sure you share everything that you want at the beginning. If not, you’ll end up with extra costs down the line.
