Advisera is a leading online provider of compliance software, toolkits and courses for small businesses – we cover GDPR, MDR, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and other major ISO standards. We sell the products globally, and the main markets are North America, Europe, and Australia. The company was founded 10 years ago, and today is one of the leading websites in our industry.
I'm the head of IT operations and I was working closely with the Viden team on several projects over the last couple of years.
What challenge were you trying to address with Viden?
Before hiring Viden we had a couple of data experts working on data collection, reporting, and maintenance of tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. However, the whole system was a big mess. Reports were inconsistent and distrustful.
So the challenge was to create well-organized tracking processes by using the best possible industry practices. Ultimate expectations were to have reliable and meaningful data reports that will be used for improving our products and services, and in setting up future development of the company.

I’m the founder and CEO of an online jewelry store.
What challenge were you trying to address with Viden?
We needed to boost our social media marketing presence online as well as sales.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At the beginning of the project, they drafted a detailed outline that explained their plan for the project. They’ve worked with us on creating TikTok, Google, and Facebook ads.
To start the engagement, we provided the content to them, but they were in charge of making the ads and related captions. They’re now responsible for running the campaigns and looking over performance analytics over time.
If the cost per click (CPC) on any given campaign gets too high, they pause or end the campaign. We trust them to allocate our ad spend in the most effective ways possible.

I work directly with Denis (Web Analyst & Marketing Strategist). There’s a larger team behind the scenes.

We communicate through Upwork. They contact us about twice each week with any issues with ads, concerns, or questions for us. We’re able to send videos, pictures, and content needed for the ads through Upwork as well.

Their patience and customer service stand out from others. In addition to doing a wonderful job with our ads, they’re able to explain their process so we understand it. Their willingness to take us through their work in layman’s terms is very helpful. They go above and beyond the call of duty, offering to walk us through tasks that aren’t even included in their scope.

There may be a small language barrier, but that’s on very rare occasions. They have very strong English skills, so it never gets in the way of our communication or relationship.

In March 2019, we first contracted Viden to set up conversion tracking on our website. After scoping out the work involved, Denis developed an implementation plan and tracking specs for our developers. Once the code was implemented by the developers, Denis then verified the tracking and liaised directly with our developers for any issues that had come up.
The result of this project was that we have a very detailed analysis for our ongoing fundraising campaigns and we are now using our data and analytics to inform our strategies going forward. In November 2020, we then launched a new website and we contracted Denis to carry out this same work on our new website.
Despite our new donations system posing challenges to the original work Denis had carried out, both Denis and his team member Alex came up with a solution to ensure we could maintain the same level of tracking.

Our organisation went from having zero tracking and blindly developing digital strategies to having data and analytics driven strategies that have resulted in an increase in online donations over the last year and a half.

From start to finish of both projects, we have been extremely satisfied with the work of Viden. They are professional, very easy to communicate with, and extremely efficient with their work. On top of this, they have been very understanding and accommodating to our needs.

I’m the CEO of Search Engine Ranking Systems. We specialize in niche marketing.
What challenge were you trying to address with Viden?
We were looking for a company that could help us manage our Google Ads campaigns, ensuring that we’d get a good amount of traffic and generate adequate profits.
We already knew what a campaign could give us when we hired Viden because our previous provider had generated those numbers. Internally, we knew we could get 70% more traffic, with according revenues.

Our website was developed in PHP and it has no proper e-commerce platform, but Google Analytics has its own e-commerce tracking tools, which needed to be integrated with our site. Viden helped me with that.

How did you come to work with Viden?
I posted a project on Upwork for e-commerce integration with Google Ads and Analytics, and Viden bid on the project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Viden around March or April 2018, and we worked on-and-off until November 2019. At that time, I created a constant monthly contract with them to manage our account on an ongoing basis. The collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’ve seen excellent results since November 2019 when Viden started working with us on an ongoing basis. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any Google Ads campaign management. We’ve gotten a clickthrough improvement of almost 180%, and lead conversions have increased by almost 280%. Revenue has increased by almost 300%.
How did Viden perform from a project management standpoint?
Denis is my only contact point and something I’ve been really impressed with is that he has complete control over what’s going on at any point in time. Viden is extremely diligent and meticulous with data analysis and taking action. Their team creates monthly targets for clicks, impressions, and CPC — and they achieve those.
They give me weekly and monthly reports on my performance, along with an overview of next month’s actions. Viden constantly updates information in the account, trying out new things and seeing what’s working and what’s not.
They track revenue and something I haven’t seen with any other provider is that if they see that there’s a slight drop for 3–4 days, they’ll proactively ask me if there’s a problem with the website, its traffic, or whatever else. I’m very appreciative of the effort they’re putting in.

Their attention to detail and the confidence they have in their work are exemplary. The confidence probably comes from the fact that they have attention to detail on the account.

No, I’m very pleased overall.

I’d definitely recommend Viden for Google Ads campaigns. They’re extremely proactive and can help you with the overall marketing of your website. Their team can analyze data and give inputs about potential improvements.
