The measure of quality of a business is not when everything is done right but when an error is made and if that is corrected This is how this parcel arrived, broken and useless, a $400 part destroyed Something was dropped on it or in some other way squashed and broke it despite clear top load only. And the reaction bad luck we don’t care or accept any responsibility for things we destroy.
