For what projects/services did your company hire VIAX Corporate Language Solutions, and what were your goals?

We maintain our platforms in 17 European langauges so don't have in-house speakers in all of them. We are in need of extensive consistent help n most of them.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The vendor is very careful with details and most importantly for us- consistent in using translations of terms and specific phrases and is thoroughly keeping the translations memory.

We clarify the specifics of each file provided, discuss the Trados memory upgrade every few months as well as the usage of idml files for pdf marketing materials.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with two project mangers who backed up each other for good work float.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received very positive feedback from our native speakers in local offices that translations done by the agency are of very good quality. This is saving our employees' time to actually concentrate on their duties and not to deal with translations.

Very strict communication on each delay, many questions related to content, translations requirements, formatting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Always diligent and timely delivery of requested translations. Flexible in dealing with various text formatting, html codes, always careful with specific requirements for each task. keeping track on related tasks and always aiming for consistency. Very glad with the offers' layout and careful with considering repetitions, cross checking when word counting. Excellent communication and always clarifying the milestones in each task.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am so far satisfied with all the ways they approach each type of tasks
