Vexen Group

Vexen Group is a software company from Belgrade, Serbia, that builds custom software and brings AI into the daily work of medium and large companies in Serbia and the region. 28 companies use our solutions every day.

We connect to the systems a company already uses, such as ERP, accounting software, e-invoicing (SEF), banks and couriers, so nothing has to be replaced. The first phase of every project is delivered in 3 weeks. The price is fixed per phase and the deadline is part of the contract: if we miss it, the price drops by 40%. Training and two months of adjustments are included, with 8 months of warranty.

Our solutions:
- Voice Vexen: an AI call center. AI agents answer and make calls in Serbian or any other language and, during the call, work in the client's systems: they check and update data, send emails and SMS and escalate urgent cases to a person. Our AI agents handle 7,000+ calls a day.
- Vexen AI: AI with access to the whole company's data that writes reports and analyses, tracks tenders and grants, and sends offers, invoices and emails.
- Vexen B2B: wholesale and distribution software with built-in AI, including a sales reps app. 17,000 orders a month go through it, and an order from a customer's message reaches the system in under 15 seconds.
- RICO: retail and wholesale software with accounting, e-invoicing and bank integration, for one store or a chain.
- Custom software: applications and automation built around the client's processes.

Results from practice: a meat distributor raised sales by 14% in the first month; a furniture manufacturer raised productivity by 21%.
