We engaged VeryBusy Recruiting during a critical phase of reorganizing our People function across the US and Europe. A key focus was hiring an HR Business Partner based in Krakow to support our European team of approximately 200 employees. In addition to technical qualifications, we sought a candidate with strong relationship-building skills, demonstrated experience in implementing HR processes in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and sound judgment.

At FORM, our operating environment is dynamic and rapidly evolving, which requires both resilience and adaptability. Given the historical gaps in documentation, the incoming HR Business Partner needed to be proactive in assessing legacy practices and shaping future approaches with clarity and precision.
