VeroBots

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an administrator of Sereni Capelli, an online shop in Romania selling professional hair care products.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with VeroBots?

I was spending all day on customer messages, checking orders and stock, following deliveries with the courier, and doing campaigns. We wanted to automate these processes so I could only deal with the important stuff. We also wanted to secure our server.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

VeroBots has built AI agents that answer our customers, check orders and stock, follow the parcels with the warehouse and courier, and help with campaigns. When something needs a decision, the agent asks me first. The team has also secured our server. VeroBots keeps everything running and changes things when we need something new.VeroBots has built all the agents and the connections between them, the shop, the warehouse, and the courier. The warehouse, courier, and invoicing are external services we already used; VeroBots has just connected to them. I handle the final decisions, like special cases with customers or what promotions we run.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from VeroBots.

How did you come to work with VeroBots?

We found VeroBots through an online search. We chose them because they offered good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with VeroBots in May 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest change is my time. Before working with VeroBots, I was doing everything by hand all day. Now, the shop runs daily with the agents, and I only step in when they ask me. Customers get answers faster, and orders and deliveries are followed without me chasing them. We’re still growing. Before, I spent around eight hours a day on these tasks. Now, I spend 1–2 hours a day, so I’ve saved around 30 hours a week. Moreover, customers get answers much faster, even in the evenings and weekends. We also have fewer mistakes with orders because stock and deliveries are checked every day, not just when I have time. I don’t have exact numbers, but I see fewer complaints. Honestly, VeroBots has the best agents; you can’t tell they’re not a human.

How did VeroBots perform from a project management standpoint?

VeroBots delivers on time. Actually, most things are done before I expect them. The team works fast and well. VeroBots keeps me updated and explains things in a simple way so I understand them. When I ask for something new, the team adapts to what the business needs. I’ve never heard a no from them.
How do you communicate with the team?

We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The agents really feel like humans, and customers talk to them like they’re a person. Moreover, nothing is impossible for VeroBots. Whatever we need for the business, the team finds a way to do it. VeroBots isn’t like a usual IT company that sells you a package; they build exactly what you need.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t imagine anything. Everything we’ve asked has been done well. If I have to say something, maybe more people should know about VeroBots; they deserve it.
