I’m the CEO and founder of a digital marketing agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vendasta?

I needed someone to provide various services, like website and graphic design, to my clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vendasta offers us access to their white label platform. It allows me to provide various services to our clients, including web hosting, domain registration, social media marketing, and so on. Basically, it’s a vehicle for me to service my clients.

Our clients can sign up to Vendasta’s portal and purchase the services they want. Customers who avail of social media management services can also access their analytics through the platform.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with three different project managers.

How did you come to work with Vendasta?

I found them through a Google search. I signed up for a free trial and eventually decided to hire them because I liked their services.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in March 2018 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

My clients love the business portal. It makes it easy to track the results of Vendasta’s work.

How did Vendasta perform from a project management standpoint?

Whenever we schedule an appointment with our project manager, they reply immediately. The team also calls us every few months to see if we need more help. Furthermore, they constantly update us via email. We also chat sometimes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vendasta gives us a lot of free perks to offer our clients. They give us a lot of value for money.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could do differently.
