Our Story
Velocity Now grew out of a line David Turner wrote while running a revenue organization at DigitalGlobe: Coach Individuals, Inspire a Team. On that run, revenue grew from $320M to $703M and engagement rose from 44% to 97%. The name carries the mission: purpose, speed and direction, better known as velocity. David tells leaders what he sees, plainly. The work is judged by what changes in the business, not by how the sessions felt.
