Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

First step was a full comprehensive assessment of my incomes and expenses. It situated my position in order to identify areas opportunities and strengths and a lifestyle.

Then we did a full inventory of my private assets and liabilities, which allowed to provide more insights on my long term risks and opportunities.

Finally we went through my objectives and preferences and risk appetite. this sealed the deal as it provided me with over 10 options of structures with different priorities, costs, risks etc... this allowed me to decided what I wanted to start with.

Now we do regular follow ups and communications and I contracted some optional services to add to the already established strategy in place.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I reduced my tax load by over 70%.

I have a long term structure that already grew 16% in a year and a half.

I have secured successions rights and hassles for my children.

And I was able to reinvest the money I did not pay in taxes in another commercial property.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They delivered on time everything, sometimes ahead of schedule. The insurances took a bit longer but it was also due to personal circumstances.

The team was surprisingly responsive at all hours. Considering the headquarters are in France, they did an excellent job at responding despite the late hours of the night for them. They also have teammates in north america that provide additional support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The costs are quite low for the level of expertise. And I did not expect to save that much money per year. Also their investment strategy has almost doubled what I was able to make for myself.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vellum Finance & Patrimoine could have done differently?

As far as I am concerned I am quite pleased. They did have an assistant sometimes whose English was a bit shaky, but honestly that did not bother me.
