BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the Founder of Integrality OÜ, an Estonian software engineering and IT consulting company with a strong Ukrainian engineering team. We deliver custom software, SaaS products, AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and data-intensive systems for companies in Europe and other international markets. My role covers business development, partnerships, solution strategy, and overall delivery oversight.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Velixo AB?
We wanted to expand our access to the Swedish market through a local partner that already understood how Swedish companies buy IT consulting and could manage the commercial side of client relationships. At the same time, Velixo wanted access to broader engineering capacity and specialist technical expertise without having to build every capability internally. The objective was therefore to create a repeatable partnership model where Velixo could originate and manage relevant client opportunities while Integrality could act as the technical delivery partner behind software development, integrations, data-intensive solutions, and AI-related work.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Velixo's primary role is on the commercial and client-facing side of the partnership. They identify relevant opportunities in the Swedish market, qualify requirements, manage the commercial relationship with the end customer, and coordinate with us when Integrality's technical capabilities are a good fit. Together we established the framework required to support this model, including subcontracting terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, service levels, communication routines, reporting, escalation procedures, and commercial responsibilities. Integrality then provides the appropriate engineering resources and takes responsibility for the agreed technical delivery. Depending on the assignment, this can include software development, integrations, implementation, debugging, code review, technical consulting, data-related engineering, and other specialist work.
What is the team composition?
Jonathan is directly involved from Velixo's side and manages the partnership and commercial coordination. On Integrality's side, I oversee the relationship and we involve engineers according to the requirements of each opportunity. The model is intentionally flexible: rather than maintaining one fixed project team, we can provide the appropriate backend, frontend, full-stack, data, integration, or AI expertise depending on the client's needs. This allows Velixo to extend its delivery capability without maintaining every technical specialization internally.
How did you come to work with Velixo AB?
We connected directly with Jonathan and quickly identified a complementary model between the two companies. Velixo had local market access and client-facing capabilities in Sweden, while Integrality had scalable engineering capacity and experience delivering technically demanding software projects. After several discussions about how to structure the cooperation, we formalized the partnership through collaboration, subcontracting, NDA, and SLA agreements.
How much have you invested with them?
This is not a traditional fixed-fee vendor engagement, so there is no meaningful project investment figure from Integrality's side. We operate under a commercial partnership model: Integrality provides agreed rates for its engineering resources, while Velixo manages the end-customer pricing and adds its commercial margin. The financial value of the relationship therefore depends on the assignments generated through the partnership rather than on Integrality paying Velixo a project budget.
What is the status of this engagement?
The partnership is ongoing. We formalized the cooperation in December 2025 and have continued working together on identifying opportunities, presenting suitable engineering profiles, and developing the model further. Our intention is to scale the relationship as more suitable Swedish client opportunities arise.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One of the clearest outcomes was how quickly we were able to turn an initial partnership discussion into an operational delivery framework. Within roughly eight days, we aligned and finalized four core documents covering collaboration, subcontracting, confidentiality, and service levels. Shortly after formalizing the partnership, Velixo was already preparing multiple Integrality engineer profiles for relevant opportunities in the Swedish consulting market. At least three engineer profiles were being actively prepared during the first month. We estimate that having the framework already in place can reduce the administrative and commercial onboarding required for subsequent engineers or assignments by roughly 50%, because confidentiality, IP, commercial responsibilities, reporting, escalation, and service expectations no longer need to be negotiated from scratch. The broader impact is scalability: Velixo can access additional engineering capabilities when a client requires them, while Integrality gets a structured route into Swedish client opportunities through a local partner.
How did Velixo AB perform from a project management standpoint?
Velixo has been responsive, pragmatic, and transparent. Jonathan is personally involved, which keeps communication fast and avoids unnecessary layers. Responsibilities and expectations were clearly defined, and the SLA establishes concrete communication and response procedures, including four-hour response expectations for critical issues, eight hours for high-priority issues, weekly progress reporting, escalation procedures, and advance notice around resource availability. From the partnership side, agreed actions and contractual milestones were handled promptly. When questions or changes arose, we could resolve them directly and keep moving rather than getting stuck in process.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What stands out is the combination of local market understanding and a very pragmatic, founder-led way of working. Jonathan understands that the value of the partnership is not simply reselling developers. Velixo brings the customer relationship, local commercial context, and opportunity management, while allowing Integrality to contribute as the technical delivery partner. That creates a much stronger model than traditional staffing: the customer can get local Swedish commercial ownership together with access to a broader engineering organization when the project requires it. We also appreciate the transparency. Technical, commercial, and contractual questions can be discussed directly and resolved quickly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The main opportunity for improvement as the partnership grows is making the opportunity pipeline more systematic. Because Integrality acts as Velixo's delivery partner, earlier visibility into upcoming opportunities — expected technologies, scope, seniority, timing, and likely resource requirements — would allow us to reserve the right engineers and respond even faster. A lightweight shared process for tracking active opportunities, submitted profiles, customer feedback, and next steps would also become useful as the volume increases. This is primarily a scaling improvement rather than a concern with the collaboration itself.
