Are there any areas for improvement or something Vegacompass Technologies could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with VegaCompass's work. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be providing more detailed documentation at the end of the project. While their team walked us through everything clearly, having more comprehensive handover docs or training materials would’ve helped our internal team ramp up even faster. That said, they were always available to answer questions and support us post-launch, so it didn’t cause any major issues.
