Vedanta Research is a full service marketing research and consulting company focusing primarily on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. Michael L. Reed, PhD founded Vedanta Research in 2000. After completing post-doctoral training at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Michael worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKline holding positions in New Products, Marketing Research, Business Development and as Medical Liaison.
We focus on developing custom research solutions to meet the knowledge needs of our clients. What sets us apart is the ability to effectively communicate research results via client reports, medical meeting presentations and posters, and peer-reviewed publications (see Publications). Our studies have contributed to consumer and professional education about the burden and healthcare related costs of a particular disease. The mission of Vedanta Research is to ultimately advance care delivery and improve outcomes for patients.
