I’m the director of outreach at Quote. We’re a lead generation website for insurance providers. We are headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vazoola?

We hired them to do content creation and link building for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start the project, we held a discovery meeting with their project manager to discuss what exactly we needed, as well as which websites we wanted to have backlinks and content on. After agreeing on the requirements, including the time frame and budget, they started with the campaign. Their team inserted our links into existing content and wrote content around our links to get them published on various websites.

How did you come to work with Vazoola?

We did quite a bit of research on different agencies and read several reviews online. We decided to work with Vazoola because they seemed to be the best fit for our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Vazoola was able to build 142 backlinks to various websites, and the average domain authority (DA) for those links was 66.  

How did Vazoola perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed the project well. They sent us updates weekly, responded quickly, and addressed any issues promptly. We used Google Sheets to manage tasks, and most of the communication was done through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their efficiency was impressive; in fact, they worked faster than any of the other link-building agencies we previously worked with. Their team was also very professional and took the initiative to make adjustments to our contract when needed.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

The cost of their work could be better. Also, they could improve on their timeliness — it took them longer than expected to finish the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that all requirements are written in a contract. By doing so, there will be very clear expectations regarding the scope of work.
