I’m the owner of Noble Fire and Safety LLC, a company that provides safety inspections of fire extinguishers, exit and emergency lighting, and fire safety training.

We needed to reduce paperwork and office time and have a better flow.

Vaught AI has custom-built an app specifically for my business. The app lists all of my customers with their assets by the date the service is due.

We’ve worked with one teammate (Joey) from Vaught AI.

How did you come to work with Vaught AI?

I worked with Vaught AI on a previous business. I chose them because our company values aligned.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Vaught AI in February 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re now able to service all of our customers without any paperwork. Nothing can get lost or misfiled. We’ve saved time on the job site and reduced missed or overlooked items, thereby increasing our bottom line. Depending on the size of the job, the app saves us 10 or more minutes per site and reduces the number of missed charges and addition errors to zero.

How did Vaught AI perform from a project management standpoint?

Joey has done everything I’ve requested, usually within 24 hours. We communicate through in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with what Vaught AI has been able to accomplish in such a short time period. An amazingly helpful app. and a friendly and caring person.

I’m not aware of anything they need to improve.
