I’m the Former CEO of an IT solutions and consultancy company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vaspan Technologies?

We needed support with web development, custom IT solutions, and AI solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vaspan Technologies developed a few major projects, including a metaverse, a gaming website with blockchain integration, and a social media website. Currently, they’re working on developing a copy trading platform. I’ve defined the scope of work for their team, and the work is divided within different departments with expertise in blockchain, metaverse, and gaming. Vaspan Technologies has taken care of all the projects’ backend and frontend development.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Vaspan Technologies.

How did you come to work with Vaspan Technologies?

We found them through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other providers because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together from April–August 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Vaspan Technologies has delivered all projects as per my expectations and on time. The gaming project has gained good momentum, with around 3,200 clients registering for the upcoming launch. Additionally, around 150 users have booked properties in the metaverse via blockchain.

How did Vaspan Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Vaspan Technologies is extremely professional in delivering on time and always exceeding my clients' expectations. The team allocates a project manager who aligns all the departments together to give me a breakthrough of the development work. The coordination is amazing and within timelines. We use proper online tools to keep me updated on the progress and feedback required from time to time. Our primary form of communication is virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vaspan Technologies' team consists of highly experienced individuals, which is a good fit for a consultancy firm like us. The most important thing in the current IT scenario is delivering quality within a budget, and even the post-delivery services are exceptional. I focus on bringing clients, knowing that Vaspan Technologies will take good care of them. So far, they've managed all my clients professionally and diligently. Overall, the team is dedicated, has robust project management, and pays attention to detail.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They've delivered what I expected, and to get the correct precision, we've gone back and forth until the work is done.
