The team was unresponsive unless we initiated contact, and even then, replies were vague and repetitive (“in moderation,” “soon,” etc.) with no evidence of progress. At one point, they paused the project for weeks to upsell unrelated PR services, despite us clearly declining.

Key items were not delivered on time, not delivered at all, or delivered and immediately removed (in the case of the first Wikipedia article). Our feedback was acknowledged but not acted upon. Promises - including their own refund guarantee - were ignored when we asked for accountability.
