Five main strategic goals and ten key performance indicators (KPIs) were defined to monitor progress. The project was successful, as the strategic document was positively received by our company's management, and the identified target markets proved to be crucial for the company's further development on the international stage.

In the operational optimization project, eight main bottlenecks in the production processes were identified, which were either removed or optimized, leading to a 15% increase in operational efficiency. Twelve process improvement recommendations were implemented, of which ten were completed and brought measurable benefits. 

Additionally, five training sessions were conducted for employees, enhancing their knowledge and skills in new optimization methods.
