Emirates, working on the senior and executive appointments that decide where a
company goes next, in regulated Fintech, Digital Assets, and AI, across Europe,
the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

ValCera works with founders, CEOs and boards making a hire they cannot afford to

Every candidate is evaluated, not forwarded. Each is met in a structured
conversation and stress-tested against the role, the team, and the regulated
world it sits in. The evidence behind a track record is checked, and risks are
flagged before they reach the client. What a client receives is a written
evaluation with a clear grade and a clear recommendation: the case for the
candidate, and the case against.

The firm works under SAMA, CBUAE, VARA and PSD2, the worlds where a background
is checked and a track record has to hold up. It is led by Orson Oduber, Founder
and Managing Partner, whose seven years in senior search span agency, in-house
