I'm the CEO of 3 Flavours Authentic. We offer premium Ceylon tea and high-quality exotic spices from Sri Lanka, combining over 150 years of heritage with a curated selection for tea lovers and culinary enthusiasts.

I was unsatisfied with the website's design, SEO, e-commerce functionality, and UX.

Pletava implemented e-commerce functionality on the website's landing page and improved the UI/UX and SEO. The team also fixed bugs.

We worked with a developer, but an accountant also handled taxes and invoicing.
How did you come to work with Pletava?
Mike approached me in person and introduced me to the opportunity to improve my website. I felt a personal connection with Mike because he was enthusiastic about our business and demonstrated his experience during our first conversation. Additionally, the price was good because the developers were located in Ukraine, which was much more affordable than local London developers.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June–August 2025.

Pletava completed everything I was unhappy about and everything that I thought was nice to have within just two months. I couldn't be happier with the result because the website now works and looks exactly how I want. The team also proactively offered us e-commerce industry development practices to ensure that the work was done and that our business thrived and grew fast.
It truly felt like a partnership rather than just a vendor relationship. Their speed, industry experience, and clear, proactive communication were game changers for how our business grew. The site is now first in ranking, and the design and UX exceeded my expectations. I started getting my first orders through the site, and all the bugs were fixed.
How did Pletava perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was fast, transparent, and proactive. The project was delivered faster than expected, even though they delivered more functionality than initially discussed. We communicated via WhatsApp.
