Vacuum Formers Ltd is a British company with our factory based in the heart of Macclesfield, Cheshire. Vacuum Formers are specialists in creating molded plastic components using thermoforming (vacuum forming) techniques. Vacuum Formers are ideally located to serve our customers throughout Cheshire and the UK.

Vacuum Formers are a family run business and our success is largely due to our very flexible and creative approach to plastic moulding and plastic fabrication. We are specialists in the manufacture of replacement light bowls(click HERE for our list) for roadside and amenity lighting and a wide range of general-purpose industrial plastic mouldings, ranging from motorcycle spares to funnels for pharmaceutical machines. A complete in-house development service is carried out on the premises by our team of experienced plastic design engineers. From initial drawings to production quantities, we provide realistic lead times for prototype production. We can also provide CNC routing, press cutting, and "cut to size" panels.
