The engagement was structured as a standalone project, though the quality of work positions UXRS as a strong candidate for future projects on an as-needed basis.

At this stage, we don’t have any specific areas for improvement to note. UXRS was consistently fast, communicative, and transparent in their process, and their billing terms were clear and fair. The project went smoothly from start to finish, and we felt the engagement was handled exactly as expected.

They were able to hit all the deadlines for our UI and then were able to help with the getting the front end development kicked off when our team needed extra help.

Yes, we met weekly and were able to present progress. I gave feedback which was always implemented quickly. We also communicated through google chat.

I really impressed on how they didnt know anything about yeaerbooks or the process on the intial call, but they took the time to learn the process and our current system before diving in and making the new interface.

Ana was fabulous to work with.  Capable, creative, clever, and an easy/helpful character.  She produced good work, and was a delight to deal with.

I know that businesses like UXRS are set up in this way, but the management layer was not helpful and got in the way of the work.  Having said that, Albert recognised this and got out of the way so that Ana could work with us directly.  Kudos to him for adapting to our needs.

The team consistently delivered items on time, hitting all major milestones, from the initial wireframes to the final high-fidelity designs, without any delays. Communication was clear and consistent—they were always responsive to feedback, addressing questions quickly and thoughtfully, and they made sure I felt involved in each stage of the process.

One of the standout aspects was their flexibility. As the project evolved and new ideas surfaced, they were open to adjustments and willing to explore different solutions while still maintaining focus on the core goals. Additionally, while the overall communication was strong, there were moments where I felt some of my feedback could have been acknowledged or addressed more directly before moving forward with iterations. A bit more dialogue around certain suggestions, especially when deciding whether something was feasible within the project scope, could have helped streamline the decision-making process.

That said, these points are minor in the context of the overall project, and they didn’t take away from the high quality of the final result. The team was highly professional, and their work exceeded my expectations.
