ux.center is a one-person UX studio run by Sezer. I find where your product loses users, design the fix and ship it as production code. Most teams split this work between a researcher, a designer and a developer. I do all three, so nothing gets lost between the audit and the code. Work starts with a UX Audit: I go through one flow the way your users do and show every issue in a Loom video. Within 48 hours you have a list of fixes ranked by impact and effort. Design & Ship Sprints then turn those fixes into shipped work in one or two weeks. Larger work runs as a fixed-price project. The price is clear before we start and only changes if the scope does. There is no account manager in between, and no monthly retainer.
