What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It ultimately came down to the client being satisfied, which they managed to do. We measured the success based on their efficiency.

How did UX Connections perform from a project management standpoint?

Generally, they performed really well. When the deliverable wasn’t exactly what we needed, they were very quick to respond.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with UX Connections’ professionalism, because it just meant that we can trust them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve made the integration of our system easier. They could’ve reworked using a slightly different system.

Give them the big picture and help them understand what you’re trying to achieve, rather than just trying to give them specific deliverables.

I was able to work with Chris to understand how UX Healthcare could assist in the development of a project prototype, gather detailed information on what his team could provide, as well as a helpful powerpoint to explain the process.

Chris and teams work was perfectly detailed, on time, clear, and helpful in the preparation of my proposal! They were able to provide me detailed summary of deliverables, the timeframe in which each key deliverable could be completed, and the cost associated with the project.

The items were delivered on time and responded perfectly to my needs. The communication was effective, clear, and the scheduling of meetings was easy with online booking help and zoom meetings.

UXC was pivotal in turning the project from an initial negative state to a successful one. On the basis of this work the client awarded us more similar projects.

We managed to structure and execute the work very agile, offering multiple improvement options to the Project Managers and stakeholders and they are happy with the new assets that will be integrated in an upcoming client upgrade.

The UX Connections team hosted a number of meetings to gather the client requirements and then presented us with their findings and recommendations for an application to solve the client needs. This allowed us to accurately present costs and timings to the client.
