I’m the CEO of a direct-to-consumer pet food manufacturing company.

We hired them for UX/UI design and consultation.

I found them on UpWork. They had good reviews and a strong portfolio. We started working together on a smaller project. That went well, so we expanded our engagement.

We’ve invested several thousand dollars.

We started working together at the beginning of 2020, and our relationship is ongoing.

We saw improvements in user engagement, branding, and the overall look and feel of the website. It was a positive experience all around.

I’m the lead front end developer in CashPlus, our company is specialized in cash transfer, with 2000+ agencies all over Morocco

We hired Userfirst, to take care of the UX/UI of the CashPlus mobile application project

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to provide a smooth and efficient experience to our users, we reach our goal when we launched the application

How did you select Userfirst?

Many companies sent us project proposals and we chose userfirst because they seemed like the best fit

Initially we received the first mockups, we did review them with the marketing team and our CTO, we did request some changes, noting major, after that we did receive the remaining mockup, the integration process was smooth, both IOS and Android guidelines were respect, the UI integration was quick and efficient, we did enjoy our collaboration

What was the team composition?

We did have 2 backend developers, and me as a front end developer

Our ranking in both stores is great with positive users feedback

The communication between our teams were easy, they provide updates all along the project, no major issues in this area
