Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the brand manager at Sureswipe, a payment solutions provider. We provide built-in credit card machines to merchants. We also offer value-added services so that merchants can enact loyalty programs on apps or gift programs via the mail.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Urban PXL?

We needed to increase our leads. Our website was a bit difficult to navigate, and it was hard for people to find the information that they wanted. We needed a clear and concise website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Urban PXL helped us redesign our website. They migrated our website from WordPress to HubSpot. The team also integrated Facebook and other social media networks.

I communicated directly with two people.

How did you come to work with Urban PXL?

Some of our core values at Sureswipe include collaboration, taking the initiative, and personal responsibility. We tend to like working with people that resonate with our values. We felt we would work well with Urban PXL.

My company spent $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–July 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I enjoyed working with them; they were very helpful. Before the website redesign, we were averaging 700–800 leads a month. After the revamp, in August alone, we reached 1,100 leads. This was a significant jump.

We can now optimize our conversion ratios. Having an end-to-end view of our efforts has made my life so much easier. We have access to HubSpot functionalities, like drag and drop. Urban PXL also made the website mobile-friendly, and we’ve seen a large uptick in mobile visitors.

How did Urban PXL perform from a project management standpoint?

They were willing to do what I was comfortable with. For the most part, they were quite proactive and extremely agile. Communication was good. If I sent them an email, they’d call to double-check that we were all on the same page. They were always clear with me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Urban PXL’s communication was great. They were practical and conceptualized very well.

The scope of the project was quite big, but they managed to pull it off in a month. The team worked miracles. They were very professional and went the extra mile.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.
