I am the Head of Marketing at a CXM platform company, OvationCXM.

For what projects/services did your company hire Uproar PR, and what were your goals?

We were just forming our marketing department and going through a rebranding of our organization, hiring a marketing team, and needing support to properly build and amplify our brand.

How did you select this vendor?

I've had the pleasure of hiring and working with Uproar at two other former companies. We evaluated other vendors, but Uproar remained at the #1 spot in vendor selection for the third time.

Uproar continues to support us with PR, content, award and event work. We meet weekly and achieve great MoM results!

I work directly with a core group of 4 Uproar team members that specialize in content creation, project management, pitching and more.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the first five months of working with them, we've already doubled the coverage we received with a former PR firm that Uproar replaced. We've also created strong thought leadership and are gaining more media traction.

We communicate seamlessly via Slack, email, phone calls, and Zoom. Uproar is formal yet easy to converse with, and I enjoy collaborative the conversations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Uproar PR team never disappoints. They are thorough yet really listen to our ideas that we bring to the table. I love that we have ideas flowing in from both the PR side of the table and our side -- it truly feels like teamwork.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have any constructive feedback.

We had a series of meetings to discuss goals and objectives. Provided their team with wireframes and designs. Within 2 weeks they delivered the first round of iOS app. They used our feedback and delivered the revised version before launch
