 Scope of Work and Key Outcomes – AI System The AI system was developed to provide a fully automated, personalized workout experience for clients in my personal training studio. Previously, clients trained in front of the studio’s control monitors and headphones, and I, as a personal trainer, manually selected the most suitable workout from over 300 different styles based on each client’s individual needs and goals. The developers’ task was to create an AI-based system that: Communicates with clients in real time through voice control;Automatically selects the most suitable workout based on the client’s provided parameters;Motivates clients by name during the session, providing continuous feedback;Provides informational updates at the end of the workout;Delivers the evaluation preset by me, creating the ultimate virtual personal trainer experience.Outcomes: The AI system enables each client to receive a personalized, real-time workout without the need for manual intervention;Clients are more motivated and engaged, as the system interacts with them and gives continuous feedback;The efficiency and experience of training have significantly improved, as the AI accounts for each client’s individual goals and performance.Overall, this project created an innovative platform that digitizes, automates, and personalizes the personal training experience, taking gym services to a new level through the AI system.

The AI system we developed selects the most suitable workout from over 300 options in real time based on the user’s input. During the session, it motivates clients by name and provides personalized feedback at the end. This increased client engagement, improved the efficiency of personal training, and automated the previously manual program selection, demonstrating the system’s success and effectiveness.

The project management was excellent: all deadlines were fully met, and the system was delivered on time. I received daily updates on the progress of the program development. Even when I rethought the program’s functionality after the first week, the team did not see it as a problem—they focused on finding solutions to ensure I received the best possible system.
