I own an IT company and provide IT services to clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire UpRaqx, and what were your goals?

We hired UpRaqx to develop and design a custom cloud development in collaboration with our internal product and development teams. Our goal was to redesign our website and growth strategy, and to rebuild a key software application that was critical to our business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got the reference from one of my friends who was an existing client of UpRaqx.

UpRaqx held in depth discovery sessions with our Team members to understand our business model, goals and priorities. They then laid out several options and recommendations and worked with us to select the ideal option that met our business objectives.

They set up an agile scrum team that worked in tandem with other existing scrum teams. They brought in top skilled staff that worked with our internal employees, laid out a backlog, and began demonstrating and delivering work to our stakeholders.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The UpRaqx team included an architect, a scrum master, a designer, 2 software developers and a QA.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The application UpRaqx built with us met all of our requirements, was built on a cutting-edge architecture, and exceeded all of our performance and security goals.

The project was conducted as an agile scrum project with 2-week sprints and the full scrum experience. The project lasted 3 months from Initial discovery and visioning to project completion. UpRaqx used Basecamp to manage the work and roadmaps, Skype for communication, and collaboration sessions. 

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What is amazing about UpRaqx Inc is the combination of their experience and incredible personalities. They were excellent to work with, they introduced new cutting-edge processes and they delivered world class results for us in both process, code and automated testing. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything the UpRaqx team could have done better than what we experienced. I can't wait for the next opportunity to work with them.

We got contacted by their sales representative and they did fake commitment of having this company from 12+ years

Project was just to redesign an informative website and rebranding! A small and simple project.

Everytime buggy output Never completed single milestone on time They can't even see the bugs which are clearly visible with naked eyes forget about browser compatibility etc.

They don't have punctuality at all Not get replies on time Developer time is not fixed and sometime you have to wait for answer for all day Got to know that they don't have development team at all and they hire some cheap freelancer who doesn't have any responsibility at all

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing! Not even single thing except they are too eager to get the payment without even completing work

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All the areas needed to be improved and there is no single good thing about this company! You should close this company and do something else because you are not professional and dont know how to provide services!
