ISP helps us develop our drawings through BIM software, Revit. They develop the sheets, per standards and also help develop details, model furniture, lighting, and assist on enscape.

We have ISP mark the items they complete in a bluebeam session; however, we are not great at follow through, when items appear completed but are actually not complete. Would like to expand on the opportunity for more measutreable outcomes, but setting better step by step standards, in place.

ISP is fairly consistent. They do a great job moving the ball forward on workload; however, sometime items are not fully complete, when they say they are completed. I would like to establish a better system for quereies / quetsions that pop up; further, this may be the reason that things are incompleted is they are unsure and don't know how to ask.

ISP is so attentive and willing to help. From our perspective, they have great leadership and really make it a goal to do a great job.

I would like to explore our communication habits. I think figuring out a better way to communicate standards and future deliverables would be helpful for both parties. Unfortunately, it is hard to plan 4 weeks ahead, when our clients are constantly changing, and I can imagine that would be hard or frustrating for ISP to plan out their schedule / workload.
