What challenge were you trying to address with Upfire SEO?

We needed SEO services because our business was growing, but we felt we needed to improve our search presence for our brand and brick-and-mortar locations around the US. We needed a boost and wanted to work with a company that could help us rank in the top positions for our keywords and locations. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Upfire SEO is responsible for all tasks related to our company's SEO, including backlinking and keyword analysis. The team has also helped with web design and creating landing pages. Initially, we met with the team extensively and broke down an audit showing where our company stood at the current moment. The next step was conducting an audit of our website to identify improvements. Then, Upfire SEO started working on important keywords for which we wanted to improve our ranking and position. 

Upfire SEO has implemented a strategy that includes web content, writing blogs, improving pages, adding pages, and backlinking. The team writes guest articles and ensures we get proper citations from companies similar to our industry. Upfire SEO has also worked on our site's backend to boost our content and improve our title descriptions and site speed. Additionally, Upfire SEO has worked with us during our website redesign to decide the content strategy for each new page.

I mainly communicate with Jordan (CEO), and I also work with Nicole (Senior SEO Strategist & Account Manager) and another teammate.

Our web development service provider referred us to Upfire SEO.
How much have you invested with them?

We've spent roughly $10,000 per month on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Upfire SEO in August 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Upfire SEO's work has improved our keyword rankings, from the bottom of the first or second page of results to the top positions. Before working with Upfire SEO, we didn't rank in the top positions for any keyword, and now, all our keywords rank in the top three positions of search results. We dominate search now. 

Our web traffic has also increased, but more importantly, our conversions have risen. We've seen growth in our analytics and web metrics, and also in our company's revenue, which is really important for us. 

How did Upfire SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

The team meets deadlines, and their communication is great. We communicate via email and Zoom calls. Upfire SEO offers a custom platform we use to look at the information they're working on. If we need to discuss anything further, we always get on a Zoom meeting and talk through it.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Jordan is a great partner. We had worked with several SEO companies that only did an audit, and that was the end of their work. Jordan's company is an extension of our business. He's available and has worked with us throughout the changes in our business. Jordan was present when we launched a new e-commerce and opened and closed clinics. He understands what we need and provides excellent insights regarding SEO actions that could help our business. He has helped our business grow.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most about Upfire SEO is their ability to provide quality backlinks, guest articles, and on-site content, which has been helpful. The team conducts thorough audits of our website and is good at pointing out what we need to boost in SEO.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't find any room for improvement for Upfire SEO. The team is growing, and we've benefited from it as well.

I suggest speaking to Upfire SEO and deciding if they're a good fit for your company. There is no better company than Upfire SEO if you're looking to rank well in SEO.
