Dedicated React Native developers are assigned to us to implement several mobile application projects such as the Adnan app for mobiles and tablets and Adnan Apple TV application project and other mobile apps project for our products

None. A lot of emails which we raised many cases regarding delays and technical problems and errors and QA issues , as well as our evaluation of them, which did not find any improvement.

unfortunately, are not satisfactory. There was a significant delay in executing requirements and adhering to deadlines. While we often rely on them, I am uncertain about the recent problems we are facing with them.

I manage a large portfolio of clients in the Gulf region and Saudi Arabia. Additionally, I am the founder and CEO of a technology company based in Saudi Arabia, which has been in collaboration with a “Unthinkable company” for over two years now. Unthinkable company is part of the “Dafodill group”, with whom I have had a longstanding relationship since 2014. However, I am currently struggling to understand the challenges they face in retaining previous clients and meeting their needs. I regret having to express my concerns here, but I sincerely hope that they demonstrate a high level of support, improvement, and responsiveness to client feedback. The issues we are encountering with the quality of Development , unfortunately, are not satisfactory. There is significant delay in executing requirements and adhering to deadlines. While we often rely on them, I am uncertain about the recent problems we are facing with them. In addition to their recent actions of threatening to terminate the contract for very trivial reasons, which is highly unprofessional and non-professional, and the poor behavior of some of their employees, they treat the client with arrogance and in a disrespectful manner as if they have enslaved the clients, forgetting that the client is the one who brings in money through their projects. I have spent over $460,000 so far through the projects I brought to them, yet unfortunately, I have only encountered mistreatment. I have many emails documenting their poor communication, arrogance, and unprofessionalism in dealing with me. It is time for me to stop working with them and terminate the contracts permanently. I will advise all my clients and friends to avoid dealing with them,
