Please describe your company and your position there.

I work as Director of Marketing for the European operations of an $8 billion global IT Consulting and services integration company.

For what projects/services did your company hire NUT Studio?

I hired Nut Studio to film a client video testimonial in multiple cities for a large European telecoms company that is a client of our company.

What were your goals for this project?

The objective of this project was to create a compelling client testimonial that is more personal, humanised, and focused on the vendor-client relationship, the client’s own transformation journey, and the vendor acting as a thought partner to the client.

2 high quality videos were made of 4 mins 20 seconds and 1 min 30 seconds. 7 people were interviewed in the video (4 clients and 3 from our company) in two countries in Europe. The video will be promoted on social media, our company’s website, and other events.

What was the team composition?

From the Video company: 1 Director, 1 Producer, 1 camera person, 1 sound person, 1 production assistant. From our company: myself as the head of marketing, and members of the client service team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

excellent feedback from our CEO, internal stakeholders and from the client. Still working to launch the video to the market so quantifiable outcomes will only come in a couple months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent team communication, transparency and responsiveness. Crew was very flexible and accommodating and provided a lot of creative inputs. It was a collaborative process which worked very well for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have both unwavering commitment to our vision and painstaking attention to detail. very professional but at the same time took the time to do as many takes as were required to get the right soundbytes from the speakers and the right mood and feel. End product was very well produced.
