Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Unloked to run our paid search and paid social campaigns. Our goals were to drive efficient demand and awareness for our SaaS platform. We launched a series of "always on" campaigns and tactics. Initially we were optimizing for lead gen at an efficient CPL in a specific market segment and target personas. Our strategy evolved to be more focused on driving awareness and traffic to our site. Deliverables included ad copy, strategy decks, ad concepting, and campaign briefs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We hit target metrics around lead volume and CPL. We consistently saw our paid social campaigns improve in performance and efficiency -- clicks and cost per impression/click. We hit benchmarks around target conversion rates when we were focused on that as a success metric.

The team was responsive and hit deadlines. They responded well to feedback when things needed to shift direction, and offered to help when Internal bandwidth was an issue.

We had some hiccups in getting into the right working rhythm. At times I needed more documentation on decisions made and next steps, but they responded to feedback an implemented processes that made things more clear ad got back on track.
